  Disappointed. Not much tables to sit down, so if busy forget about sitting. Wings :(- much more little drumstick: dry and not much flavor. Better food option elsewhere.

  I came here off the great experience I got at Wingstop Northampton. It’s sad that the customer service was not great and my order got mixed up; extending my waiting time. I asked for a refund multiple times but it seems the staff think apologizing and getting the food ready was more important than my wish to not have it anymore. That’s robbing the customer of agency if there is a repeated request for a refund. The least they could have done was acknowledge that and disclose the refund policy. Do better

  A massive thank you to the waitress having us be here and serve us coming from Leicester, wasnt expecting much from the service itself but I left with not a little thing to complain about, the service itself was amazing among the rest of the experience and couldn’t fault the waitress (privilege) one little bit, will definitely be coming back

  I wanted to take some time to share a genuinely heartfelt review of the Coventry store, because both the experience and one particular employee, Esther, absolutely deserve recognition. From the moment I walked into the Coventry location, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what truly made the visit stand out was Esther. She has a rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail that immediately puts you at ease. Esther greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Throughout the entire visit, Esther consistently checked in at just the right moments—never intrusive, but always present when needed. When it came to the food, Esther’s knowledge really shined. She took the time to walk us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. You can tell Esther really understands the food and cares about customers having a great experience. Thanks to her suggestions, we tried dishes we might not have otherwise ordered—and they turned out to be some of the best items of the night. The wings themselves were fantastic—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served fresh. The sauces were rich and well-balanced, and everything arrived at the table exactly as described. What made the meal even better was Esther’s enthusiasm when presenting the food. She clearly takes pride in what she does, and that energy carries through to the entire dining experience. What stood out most was how Esther handled everything so smoothly, even when the place got busy at the Coventry store. She remained calm, friendly, and attentive, never letting the quality of service drop. It’s not easy to maintain that level of consistency, but Esther made it look effortless. By the end of the visit, it was clear that Esther is a huge asset to the Coventry team. Her dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for customers make a lasting impression. Experiences like this are the reason people come back, and Esther is a big part of that. Overall, the food at the Coventry store was excellent, the atmosphere was great, but it was Esther who truly elevated the entire experience. I would absolutely return, and I sincerely hope to be served by Esther again—she’s simply amazing at what she does.
